Chocolate Covered Bacon:

Recipe for Toffee
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 tsp of salt

Heat all ingredients over medium heat. Make sure to constantly be stirring. It will first turn a golden brown color and then begin to look like peanut butter. Once it turns this color take it off the heat and pour it onto parchment paper. Do not scrape the bottom of the bowl. While toffee is cooling put chocolate chips on it. They will begin to melt and spread with a knife onto the toffee. Then put bacon, walnuts, dehydrated strawberries onto the chocolate. Place in the refrigerator until hardened. Then break off a piece and serve.
